Marc Caskey established Pro Electrical Services in January 2003, after a 11-year career as an electrician.
Since that time, Marc has obtained his Master Electrician’s license, and Pro Electrical Services has grown from a one-man operation to a full-service commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential electrical services company with repeat clients in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
To meet the growing needs of our clients, we are a Licensed Electrical Contractor in all the states we serve.
Pro Electrical Services is proud to employ a number of licensed journeyman electricians, licensed apprentice electricians, project managers, a safety manager, and an office staff to ensure your experience is seamless from bid request to final inspection.

Marc Caskey
Owner/President

Marc started as an apprentice electrician in June of 1992 with Trico Enterprises, a company in Tyler, Texas. Soon after Brookshire Grocery Company (BGC) hired him where he finished his apprenticeship and received his journeyman’s license in 1996. He immediately started overseeing new and remodel construction projects for BGC. Marc received his Master’s Electrician’s license in 1999 and he was promoted to an office position with BGC overseeing the electrical department.
At the beginning of 2003, Marc decided to leave BGC and start an electrical contracting business. He created Pro Electrical Services and has spent the last 21 years building a business centered around his employees and meeting the needs of his customers. To this day BGC is one of his most loyal customers.
Samantha Caskey
General Manager

Samantha has many years’ experience in banking where she was teller, retail banker, collections officer and proof operator. She then attended UT Tyler where she graduated in 2009 with a Bachelors in Science in Elementary Education where she went on to teach at Van ISD for one year. Samantha became a stay-at-home mom from 2011 to 2013. She came to work at Pro Electrical Services in July of 2013 as the office manager and worked off and on until Sarah Kent was in employed in 2016.
Samantha then returned back home until coming back full-time in May 2020. Samantha assists Sarah in all aspects of the office.
Blayne Sanders
Chief Operations Officer

Blayne was first employed at Pro Electrical Services in 2010. He finished his apprenticeship in 2014 and received his journeyman’s license shortly thereafter. Blayne was overseeing work as an apprentice in 2013 and continued to oversee projects in the field until 2016.
Blayne was promoted to project manager in 2016 where he is responsible for the successful completion of commercial and industrial electrical construction projects, from start to finish. Blayne has exceptionally strong leadership and management skills. He excels at being able to inspire his team to give maximum effort on every project and takes pride in every project he directs.
Joshua Bray
Estimator – Master Electrician

Josh began with Pro Electrical Services as a teen working summers and weekends while he was still in high school. After graduating high school with honors, he became a full-time Pro Electrical Services employee. Josh finished his apprenticeship, received his journeyman’s license, and currently holds a master electrical license.
Because of his strong work ethic, he was promoted quickly to help Marc Caskey with estimating. Josh has been the full-time estimator for Pro Electrical Services since 2013. His duties include managing the bidding process from start to finish. Josh also assists with overseeing projects to insure successful completion.
Sarah Kent
Office Manager

Sarah had almost 10 years of professional construction accounting experience when she was hired. She also came to PES with a background in HR and office management as well. She is also knowledgeable in governmental regulations and compliance such as sales tax, DOT, multi-state payroll compliance, and more. Sarah also manages the accounting, financial reporting, and general office management duties.
Randy Reese
Commercial Project Manager – Journeyman Electrician

Randy has been in the electrical trade for 24 years. He has worked in all scopes of the electrical industry, from residential to commercial.
Randy started with Pro Electrical Services as a lead man. He quickly worked into becoming a project foreman, managing projects as a hands-on foreman. In 2022, he transitioned over to the Commercial Project Manager position, where he manages multiple projects to ensure their successful completion.
Jeremy Bussell
Residential Project Manager – Journeyman Electrician

Jeremy comes to Pro Electrical Services with over 30 years of experience in the residential and commercial electrical field in the Tyler area. He started out working for one of the oldest electric companies still operating today. Jeremy has worked on numerous projects including the HGTV DREAM HOUSE on Lake Tyler, Specializing in Residential Electrical. Jeremy has built a great reputation for over 30 years in the Tyler Area.
Jeremy has recently taken on the role of Residential Project Manager at Pro Electrical Services with ease. His diligence, excellent attitude and superior work ethic ensures that the projects he manages are completed on time and within budget.
Ashley Sanders
Project Coordinator

Ashley started out in sales and graduated from Texas State University in 2010 with a bachelor’s in psychology. Shortly after graduating she found herself in an entry level management position that she exceled in. She held a management role for over 7 years that she has met or exceeded expectation.
With the growth Pro Electrical Services has seen over the years it has become necessary to create a new position within our management team. Ashley was hired to fill that role as Project Coordinator. Ashley personally handles all new projects from start to finish supporting the project manager and making sure all phases of a project run smoothly.
